Position : Head of Design
Experience : 10 - 15+ years
Qualifications : B.Des/B.Arch/Diploma in Interior Design
Commitment Period : 2 Years
Job location : 2001, T4, DLF CORPORATE GREENS, Sector 74A, Gurugram, Haryana 122004
Working days : Monday - Saturday (Alternate Saturdays are off)
Working timings : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Flexible working slot)
Requirements :
- Working proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign
- Previous leadership experience as a Design Director, Creative Director, Principal Designer, or a similar role within the interior design industry.
- Exceptional creative and conceptual design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a demonstrated ability to translate client objectives into innovative design solutions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of inspiring and developing design talent.
- Strong project management abilities, including the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines effectively.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Experience in overseeing the entire design and execution process for high-end residential and commercial projects
- Experience in catering to discerning and affluent clientele
