The role in detail:

The position is responsible for Interior Designing/ Aesthetics of operational assets. Responsibilities will include design conceptualization & execution for aesthetics upgradation of public areas, to make the spaces aesthetically attractive & architecturally strong.

- Conceptualization: Develop design concepts, incorporating elements like color palettes, furniture, carpets, lighting, and materials.

- Sketching and Rendering: Create preliminary sketches, 2D plans, and 3D renderings to visualize the design.

- Material Selection : Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with the design concept and budget.

- Project supervision: Oversee the work of vendors to ensure interiors works being executed are as per the design and detailing

- Sourcing: visit showrooms, studios and design boutiques to stay updated with latest trends and incorporate the best-in-class materials / designs / fabrics etc. Manage the procurement process with Supply Chain team

- Industry networking: build a network of suppliers for sourcing materials of highest quality and best prices. Network with artist, galleries, designers and consultants in the field of interiors

- Art & Landscaping: choose art pieces, sculptures, landscapes that complement the character of the buildings and enhance the aesthetics of the spaces

- Stay updated on design trends, building codes, and safety regulations.

The individual should have a strong experience of managing interiors of premium showrooms, boutique hotels, residences/apartments / farmhouses of high net worth individuals.

Should have the ability to understand and interpret management taste and execute the works through precision and detail
