Head - Logistics - eCommerce - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (2-5 yrs)
Lead the procurement of entire transport services, manage vendor and will deliver a reliable logistics network at scale. This would cover all legs of logistics [long haul & Last mile]. Will work like an Intraprenuer and provide logistics as a service to internal customers.
Must have: Functional skills
- 2 to 5 years of experience in managing large field operations/logistics/Sales team
- MBA from Top institutions
- Very strong in People management
- Preferably from FMCG/E-commerce/logistics companies
- Tamil linguistic proficiency is Mandatory for chennai and Kannada proficiency is mandatory for Bangalore
Must have: Behavioral
- High entrepreneurial, aggressive and data-driven sales leaders
- Highly action biased & achievement oriented
- Strong problem solving, Strategy, Prioritization skills with an eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective negotiations skills with external vendors
