Head - Maintenance (20-25 yrs)
Role:
- Lead Multiple Plants of Auto Components manufacturing consist of Press, Weld and Plastic, Tool room and Assembly Operations.
- Plan Manpower requirements in different shifts according to plan.
- Responsible for overall Maintenance i.e. mechanical, Electrical & electronics.
- Brake down an Preventive Maintenance. for Machines and Utilities.
- Plan and procure spare Parts.
- Ensure No production loss due to Maintenance issues.
- Guide team, Training and Safety of employees.
- New setup installation & Commissioning.
- Timely / regular reporting to Plant head on functional efficiency.
- Plan manpower requirements according to the Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance, Robotic welding, Machine, Utility Maintenance and Power distribution.
- Must know the Compliances and liasoning with Government Agencies.
- Good Communication and presentation skill.
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidate should have BE Mechanical/ Electrical with 20-25 yrs experience in Auto sector companies with experience of Stamping, Fabrication, Plastic components related plants.
- He should have good experience in Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance, Robotic welding, Machine, Utility Maintenance and Power distribution.
- Must know the Compliances and liasoning with MPEB etc.
