Head - Manufacturing - Enzyme/Probiotics (12-18 yrs)
We have career opportunity as Manufacturing Head at Wada.
Our client is reputed name in Biopharma.
Head Manufacturing shall be responsible for :
1. Drawing up the complete production schedule.
2. Overseeing and guiding microbial fermentation and down-stream processes.
3. Ensuring manufacturing process are cost effective, on time and maintaining predetermined quality standards
4. Following policies and procedures related to manufacturing.
5. Closely working with R&D for effective scale up of new products.
6. Monitoring and suggesting corrective action for any deviation in cost, time and quality
7. Understanding the regulatory environment and creating and maintaining the process in accordance with it.
8. Reduction of wastages.
9. Managing the entire manufacturing team and maintaining awareness about time, cost and quality
10. Being a leader providing inclusive growth opportunity to the team
11. Understanding process validation
12. Maintaining, sharpening and ensuing all SOPs for the processes are followed
13. Marinating all BMRs for the processes
14. Being responsible for manufacturing budget.
15. Being responsible for facing ISO and audits from clients
This position reports to the Technical Director
Location Wada at Palghar District
Experience : We are looking for a Manufacturing Head with hands on experience of 12-18 years in Fermentation Technologies. Experience of manufacturing either Vitamins and / or Probiotics is a plus. Incumbent must be ready to stay at Wada. Incumbent being aware about regulatory and quality norms of a food facility is a plus. Must have managed a team.
Education : Graduation / Post Graduation in Biological Sciences. Management qualification preferred.
