Head - Manufacturing Operations - Polyester Knitted Fabric (16-28 yrs)
Role : Head - Manufacturing Operations - Polyester Knitted Fabric
Hiring Manufacturing Operations Leader and will be responsible for:
- Setting up a State of the art Greenfield Polyester Knitted Fabrics Unit in Egypt
- Ensuring smooth operations of the unit
- Expanding the mfg capabilities of the Unit
The right candidate would have:
- Good educational background (BE/BTech/MBA etc)
- At least 15 years of experience in the Textiles/Fabrics/Yarn manufacturing units
- Have at least 5 years of experience in managing a large Polyester Knitted Unit (1000T+/PA)
- Have good experience in the mfg of Knitted fabrics including circular knitting machines and high technology Stenter machine
- Have very good knowledge of modern Chemicals, Dyes etc
- Have experience in HSE and Waste Treatment processes
- Have knowledge of capacity enhancement
- Have good presentation and communication skills
- Have a pleasing personality and be able to take the stakeholders with him
- Be excited to move to Egypt at short notice
Compensation and other benefits will be at par with Industry standards.
