Looking for Head- Manufacturing/ Production for a leading Indian Fertilizer & Pesticides organisation having presence across the globe.
Position : Head Manufacturing - Excellence
Location : Ankleshwar, Gujrat
Qualification B.E Chemicals
Years of Experience 15-18 years experience
Age 40-45
Critical Experience or exposure deemed essential Must be exposed to Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure fulfilment of all legal compliances related to factory operation.
- Responsible for targeted Qualitative output to meet on time Delivery.
- Managing overall plant operations like Production, SHE, DPS, SOX control, Capital Project.
- Ensuring Zero tolerance on the core values (Safety, Environment, Ethics & Respect for People).
- Acting as a Management Representative for Quality Management System (ISO-9001) & certified auditor.
- Drive & Implement the DuPont Production System for whole site.
- Lead & Manage Process Safety Management for Crop Protection Business.
- Responsible for Recruitment & development of human resources for the smooth operation of the plant.
- Preparation of Strategy & Budget for Crop Protection Business.
- Conduction Diagnostics for improvement projects & identification of KPI through KPI cascading process.
- Working closely with subordinates in developing their goals & objectives, mentoring /coaching of direct reportees.
Establish a high performance and continuous improvement culture driven by key performance metrics, benchmarking and sharing of best practices
