Head - Manufacturing - Strategist - Food/Nutraceuticals (13-19 yrs)
Young Head Manufacturing (Strategist) needed for a Mid Sized Food/Nutraceuticals Organization
We have been mandated by our clients to search for a Head of Manufacturing for their Operations in North India. The position will report in to the CEO and is located in Gurgaon.
Our clients is a mid-sized organization in the domain of manufacturing Nutraceuticals, Vitamins, Wellness & Body Building foods & Supplements. They are a well funded organization and have a manufacturing unit in Baddi and several outsourced units in other locations.
The ideal candidate will have :
- A degree in Engineering (Premier colleges preferred)
- At least 13+ years of experience in the Manufacturing domain
- At least 2 years of experience in heading operations of a manufacturing unit
- A good experience in Procurement, SCM, Warehousing etc
- A good experience in Manufacturing processes, Plant Operations etc
- Have good experience in Audits, QA, Worker management, Contract Mfg management etc
- Preferably have experience in the Food, Beverages, Vitamins, Supplements industry
- A Young dynamic strategist and a problem solver is preferred
- Have great communication and presentation skills
- Be ready to relocate to Gurgaon
