Head - Mechanical Maintenance (10-20 yrs)
Responsibilities :
Qualification: Full time B.E./ B.Tech. in Mechanical Engg from AICTE Approved Institutes
Experience: 10 to 15 yrs of relevant work experience (Experience in Cold Rolling Mill will be preferred)
- Ensure that timelines of Project schedule are met, to Coordinate between Projects and O&M team.
- Develop and implement strategies and frameworks for continuous process to optimise and improve efficiency of processes
- Effective implementation & utilisation of SAP PM modules for Mechanical Maintenance to achieve maintenance compliance of equipment & effective utilisation of resources.
- SLA preparation with the customers, timely review of same and compliance.
- Ensure availability of all critical equipment
- Take partners/ consultants/ vendors etc. along to achieve the above objectives
- Meet all Statutory & Regulatory requirements of the State
Note :
Primary Skills : Condition monitoring, Design of Mech Systems, Mech power transmission equipment, Rotating Machines, Heavy equipment maint in steel plant, Inspection, BF Relining, Non Destractive Test (NDT), Repair and maint. of bulk handling equip., Lifting tools and tackles
Secondary Skills :
Education : B.Tech/B.E.
