Head - Mechanical Maintenance - Pellet Plant (15-20 yrs)
Candidate should have work experience of Pellet Plant Mechanical Maintenance in any reputed steel manufacturing company.
- Should have well knowledge in Pellet Plant Mechanical Maintenance of equipment such as Travelling grate machine, Rotary kiln, Balling Disc, Annular Cooler, Compressors, Injection mill, Grinding mills, Conveyor fans (both LD & FD) and all ancillary unit of Pellet plant.
- Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals for annual maintenance budgeting and monthly business plan.
- Budget tracking daily/monthly wise, cost control & 100% critical spare availability with maintaining mechanical, equipment in safe.
- Inventory Planning, Budgeting, Capital repairs, Spares development etc.
- ISO/EOHS Documentation/Safety & other regulatory compliance
Required Candidate profile :
- B.Tech Mechanical Graduate should have good experience in Mechanical maintenance of pellet plants
