We have an opportunity with an MNC company for senior position in NPD.

Job Responsibilities :

- The Project Leader shall drive in the first instance the NPI projects and make sure that the new parts are implemented in the dedicated factory by using the method of the Way to Market.

- The Project Leader shall have a close cooperation with the local factory

- The Project Leader shall meet the NPI KPI's and report them on a regular basis

- Furthermore the roadmap targets shall be seen as the objectives of the Project Leader.

- Always have a good overview of project charter (Project purpose, scope, organization, budget, resources, time schedule)

- Executing the projects based on Project Charter agreed with steering committee

- Lead project participants through motivation, detailed execution and objectives

- Executing high skilled project management

- Ensuring robust processes to manage the projects

- Ensuring that projects are execute with no accidents, expected quality level and at the cost level agreed with steering committee

- Keeping key stakeholders (Director NPI, steering committee, reference & projects group) informed about project related information

- Highlighting risks and develop mitigations of project risks

- Creating business cases for projects, in a way that the decision makers have the best possible overview of company impact

- Ensuring that projects are following business procedures

- Ensuring resources allocated to the projects are used efficiently

- Following up on budget and expenses within project, and create cash flow
