Head - Nutrition & Allied - Food Domain (10-12 yrs)

Bangalore/Gurgaon/Gurugram/Mumbai Job Code: 14451

- Executive Hiring is looking for a Head - Nutrion for a Food Major.

- BTech or similar in Food Tech. with good amount of work exp. in the Food space as a Nutrionist ( not a Dietician ) with a Large MNC FMCG with good amount of Regulatory knowledge is what mandatory.

Candidate Brief :

- Needs to have experience of nutritionist (and not a Dietician), Should be able to give inputs on recipes of products from a nutrition point of view

- Person is expected to help with enhancing nutrition (and not product development)

- Input in providing wholesome nutrition based on life stage, age group etc

- Work with business teams to address/introduce need stages based on (a) Life Stage (b) Age group (c) Women centric (Lactating mothers, menopausal stage, etc.) (d) Diabetic consumers, etc. [Promoting optimal health & nutrition through life course]

- Assist in improving products through reduction in sugar, salts, saturated fats, trans fats, calories, etc.

- Should be able to input in unresolved issues of nutrition and lifestyle

- Help provide fortified serving of foods and beverages where people lack micronutrients such as Iron, Iodine, Vitamin A, etc.

- Help meet FSSAI commitments

- Candidate needs to have foresightedness, long term view on how nutrition in food products can be enhanced

- Should be able to play an advisory role and have excellent communication skills

- Indian candidates working abroad and willing to re-locate to India can also be considered
