Head of Department/AVP - Commercial Procurement (20-30 yrs)
Position : Commercial Head
Level : AVP / VP
Qualification : BE / B. Tech - Mech./CA
Experience : 20 to 25 years in Cement Plant, Power Plant & Steel Plant
Shall be responsible for :
1. Commercial activities including spare parts and all raw materials procurement.
2. Short Term and Long Term strategy of raw materials procurement.
3. Improving the performance of Commercial Function of the Cement Plant in line with overall Cement Business Strategy.
4. Responsible for planning and directing Commercial Team for smooth and cost effective functioning.
5. Responsible for purchase and transportation of Coal, Pet coke / other raw materials from different destinations and port.
6. Responsible for Commercial Contract pertaining to Cement Business.
7. Responsible for Indigenous & Imported spares and spare parts management.
In addition to this good commercial and negotiation skills and capable to handle Commercial functions relating to accounts and finance, specifically having depth knowledge of;
1. Business Planning/Budgeting
2. Working Capital Management internally having cost reduction and productivity improvements and continuously improving Business performance in a sustainable way.
