- Experience in setting up the plant from scratch.
- Experience in handling overall operations right from Planning, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Dispatch till delivery.
- Experience and knowledge of packaging, lamination and polymers
- Handled project regarding packaging and lamination.
- Develop SOP's and tackle labor issues.
- Excellent Man Management experience
