Head - Operational Excellence - Pharma (10-20 yrs)

Incumbent will co-ordinate and implement deployment of Operational Excellence in IKKT site as internal change agent by spreading continuous improvement culture and measure & monitor the step changes in performance to deliver financial benefits and improved working culture and there by achieving business goals and targets.

- Lead and facilitate the effort to instill a continuous improvement culture throughout the organization.

- Facilitate improvement projects at site.

- Lead all initiatives with emphasis on continuous improvement in operating results and strengthening of underlying processes of the site.

- Facilitate and lead assessment of current processes and standard work flow and identify process improvement opportunities utilizing organizational, analytical, Lean and Six sigma problem solving methodologies.

- Plan and facilitate the execution of various value stream mapping and Kaizen events.

- Mentor OE coordinators and relevant site employees to apply continuous improvement tools and methodologies to clearly define the operations current state value streams, driving out waste, redundant / broken processes and improving overall process execution.

- Lead and help to align all resources in order to execute and implement the future state the high performance operational model.

- Collaborate with The Dean to mentor / train site personnel in the use and practice of continuous improvement methodologies and tools (Lean, Value stream mapping, Six Sigma, Kaizen).

- Track and report performance on organizational objectives and drive productivity and quality score on a regular basis.

- Work closely with global team to learn and share best practices.

- Develop and produce monthly, quarterly and annual performance indicators. Perform analysis and review.
