Position : Head Operations
Location : Rudrapur, Uttrakhand
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Window face for customer for sales, quality & delivery.
2. Looking overall plant operations
3. Responsible for plant Profitability
4. Responsible for Annual Budget finalization for the plant.
5. People Development & Management
6. Responsible for plant regulatory /Legal Compliance.
7. Responsible for New Launches & Acquisition from Plant.
8. Responsible for Supply Chain & Logistic Management.
9. Responsible for Production, Process & Quality Management.
10. Responsible for Implementation of Best Practices & Business Excellence system
Note :
1. Candidates who are working in a IATF Certified company needs to apply for this role.

3. Atleast 8 years of experience on similar role
Qualification : B.E/B.Tech- Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
