Job Description:
- Heading the end-to-end kitchen operations ranging from procurement, storage, cooking, packaging and dispatch.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders - demand generation, logistics, catalog- to ensure effective planning and delivery of orders
- Plan, and implement short and medium terms field operations plan to ensure consistent delivery performance and adherence to SLAs
- Work with product and tech teams to build/ improve tech systems and move towards automating kitchen processes
- Build right consumer focus in team and ensure superior delivery experience
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across the functions
- Hire, train and lead the entire kitchen operations team.
Skills:
- Looking for hands on experience into operations,logistics,inventory,procurement.
- Looking for candidates only from premium institutes.
- 5+ years of operations experience (ecommerce, logistics or fmcg operations experience is a plus).
- Strong Team Building Skills
