Head - Operations - Manufacturing (7-10 yrs)
We are currently having an opening for the below :
Position : Operations Head
Location : Boisar Mumbai (Candidates residing between Borivali to Dahanu will be preferred)
Qualification : M Pharm/MBA/ BE PhD
Experience : 7 to 10 years
Salary : 13 LPA to 15 LPA
Job Profile :
- Should have handled audit's especially EU/GMP, USFDA & TGA
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Should have good communication skill and a team player
- Proven work experience as operations manager or similar role
- Specialized in both operation and projects
