Head - Operations - Manufacturing Plant (17-25 yrs)
We are looking for Operations head for 150- 200 crore Manufacturing Unit with 250 people at Mysore.
Purpose :
- Take a single-point accountability for Manufacturing Operations - namely, production, maintenance, supply chain (sourcing, procurement, inbound & outbound logistics)
Strategic :
- Achieve customer satisfaction by planning & executing production runs to achieve OTIF
- Achieve targeted financial performance
- Plan "ahead of curve" and build manufacturing capacity & capability for sustaining business success
Operational :
Business Planning :
- Analyze demand forecasts and continually assess if manufacturing capabilities are adequate
- Detail AOPs (covering CapEx, OpEx, recruitment & training plans etc) to support business plans
'BE (Mechanical or Production Engineering), preferably with an additional qualification of MBA in Operations; 40-to-45 years of age; should be working now as head of operations of a Rs 100 - 150 Crore facility for manufacture of surface-mounted PCB Assemblies; should have a strong supply chain perspective; should have a strong process & improvement orientation.
