Head - Plant/Factory Manager - FMCG (15-18 yrs)
Head/Manager Plant Operations for two of our clients -both leading FMCG companies in India.
Location: Mumbai/ Nasik
Key Responsibilities :
- Overseeing Manufacturing operations in the Plant
- Supplier Planning & Inventory Management
- Quality Management
- New Product Development
- Engineering, Maintenance & Projects
- Direct, control and monitor all preventive and breakdown procedures
- Decision maker for plant capital investment plan
- Implement capital and improvement projects
- Statutory Compliance
- Overseeing all EHS standards
- Employee Relations
- Maintain good Industrial Relations in the Plant
- People Development
- To lead all internal & external audits at plant level
- Lead / participate in various cross functional projects related to plant
- Actively participate and contribute in developing, upgrading & implementing business processes
We are looking for candidates with atleast 15 years of experience for these roles. MBAs from tier 1 b schools from 1999-2003 batches, would be preferred
