Head - Plant - Manufacturing (15-24 yrs)
Position: GM Works - Plant Head (Leading MNC Manufacturing Company)
Role:
- Responsible for planing, organising, directing and providing leadership for day-to-day operations at the respective plant
- To increase production, asset capacity and flexibility while minimising unnecessary costs and maintain quality standards
- Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
- To review production schedules for all manufacturing departments
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilise assets to produce optimal results
- Optimizing man and machine utilization to achieve preset production targets
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimise productivity and standards, metrics
and Performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
- Well versed with TPM and other similar concepts environment to ensure good standings as per global guidelines
- Ensure hiring and development of Plant team members
Requirements:
- B.E. - Chemical/ Mechanical / Production. Post-Graduation in similar engineering branch OR
M.B.A. in Operations will be an added advantage
- 15+ years of Work experience, of which 3+ years should be at a Plant Head level/ Production Head leavel of a large plant
- Experienced in a continuous process industry preferably in Fertilizer/ Cement / Chemical or any process industry
