Job Location : Gabon (Central Africa)

- Would be responsible for heading the overall port operations of Container / Liquid Terminal.

- Should have deep experience in port operations.

- Experience ranging from 15-20 years

- Handling overall Port Terminal Operations.

- Experience in Container / Liquid terminals.

- Project/ Contract management

- Quantity and cost estimates for budget/ tender purpose.

- Knowledge of Environmental and statutory aspects of the projects

- Ability to combine general management capabilities with technology

- Ability in team building and project detailing to enhance performance

- Managing revenue and cost control over all line businesses

- Providing appropriate focus, oversight, requisite resources, and accountability standards to ensure successful implementation of revenue enhancements and cost containment initiatives across all line businesses

- Overseeing the development and dissemination of the line department business and strategic plans

- Leading the development and implementation of initiatives, programs and business strategies that promote and/or improve service to the Agency's patrons and customers

- Responsibility for monitoring and measuring progress of business objectives

- Liaising with respective Authorities/ Consultants/ Clients for formulating the projects.

Note : Port Operations experience and Container/Liquid terminal experience is must.
