Job Description:
Leading the team for day to day execution of project activities for its completion Thermal Power plant. Coordinating with entire Power Plant Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and C&I teams of EPC, Coordinating with External and internal stakeholders for smooth completion of the project. Monitor plant performance during Commissioning and stabilization. Effective interfacing with people at all levels, managing healthy work environment and inculcating bonded team work with high work ethics. Supporting and communicating with the team so as to achieve the task within agreed parameters and enhance efficiency.
Critical Attributes
Project Management Skills- Good knowledge of project management and ability to apply project management concepts in planning, execution and stabilization of project.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
The ideal candidate should have done BE - Mechanical/Electrical /BE+PGDC - Power with 12-17 years of relevant experience. Candidate should be First Class (More than 60%) pass out in all the Exams including 10th, 12th & Graduation
