Head - Press Engineering (20-25 yrs)

We are looking for a Head of Press Engineering for JBM Group. Experience required in Sheetmetal Autocomponents in Pressing and Stamping.

Position will be based in NCR area.

KRA: Preparation of Initial Press Processes of Parts / Dies, Overall Development Timeline & Selection of best suppliers for Parts / Die development within time limit .

1. Planning & Preparation of Tooling Process sheet & Submit to Finance on Time .

2. Negotiations on Quoted Cost to Customer & Suppliers

3. Timely execution of New Projects within specified limit

4. Introduction to New Technology in Presses / Sheet Metal area

5. Prepare & Updation of Press Capacity

Education required: B.TECH IN MECH . ENGG / AUTOMOBILE / TOOL ENGINEERING

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Knowledge of Press Tools, Stamping Operations . 


2. Knowledge of Design Software eg UG / Catia / Auto Cad 


3. Costing of Sheet Metal Parts, Dies, Checking Fixtures . 


4. Negotiations Skill with Customer, Suppliers's ( Overseas / Domestic ) 


5. Tooling / Child part Development 


6. Awareness of New Technologies in Stamping / Automation . 


 7. Understanding & Calculating Press Capacity, VA/VE 


8. Monitoring of Schedule & Control 


9. ECN / ECR Feasibility & Implementation 


10. Dealing with Japanese / Internal Customer / MSIL
