Urgent Opening for Process Engineering Head position with one of the reputed Industry of manufacturing HVAC.
Position : Sr. Manager/AGM Process Engineering
Department : Production Engineering
Location : Faridabad Plant
Report to : Plant Head
Qualification : B.Tech (Mechanical) Regular
CTC upto : 18 LPA
Job Description:
- To Head the Process Engineering Department with responsibilities ranging from New product development, Process improvements, New machines and plant setup, CAPEX/facility planning, tooling design and development for Automotive Aluminum Heat Exchangers (Condensers, Heater Cores, Radiators and Evaporators).
- Working experience of Heat Exchanger NPD
- In-depth Knowledge of latest versions of PFMEA.
- APQP&PPAP
- Lead the Jigs and Fixture design - Knowledge of CAD Ability to study the product models, Jigs and Fixtures Stamping Dies designing and manufacturing
- New line setup capabilities
- Low cost and High end automation concept implementation.
- Thorough with Heat exchanger material handling sytems
- SPM, Tools and Jig manufacturing
Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 18,00,000 P.A.
