Head - Procurement - FMCG - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (3-8 yrs)
Job description for Procurement Head :
- Hunter, Restless and data driven and Kickass
- Head the entire Sourcing initiatives. This involves National level trading products, Direct farmer purchase, Fruits, Exotics.
- Maintain the good relation with Farmers and Vendors.
- Fully responsible for right buying from Farm / Market with better buying margin for the F&V category ensuring fill-rates for sales.
- Procurement of F&V based on company quality norms and specifications.
- KRA Margins, Availability and quality
- Regular Price bench marking
Required Skill Sets :
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Sales or procurement
- Sound knowledge on Fruits & Vegetables markets surrounding Farm areas for better procurement margins is preferred.
Analytical :
- Extremely analytical and make data based decision and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Margin and quality focused/Customer focused in approach.
- Should have experience and should possess skill on Vendor negotiation and all vendor management.
- Should have excellent communication skills. Should know Hindi.
Preferred Qualifications :
MBA/ PGDBM from Tier 1 Institute
