Currently our client is looking for a Senior professional and the details are enclosed :

1. Position : Sugarcane Development (Procurement / Harvesting & Processing)

2. Location : Maharashtra

3. Job role : 


- You should be currently working in Sugar industry and you should have hands of experience in SUGARCANE Development (Procurement, Managing the Vendors (Farmers) Well versed with Harvesting etc., Cane development & Procurement process, Mechanization in Cane Cultivation & Harvesting, Intercrops & Wide row spacing, Achieve Sugarcane cultivation & Crushing target, Conduct Farmer support training program etc.


- Effective implementation and extension of new technology.


- The role also involves of Planning Budgeting for Planting & Strategies for achieving the Budget, Sourcing & Delivery of quality seed cane for Planting, Monitoring crop for Pests & diseases, Planning for Harvest, Procurement & Delivery of cane as per the Budget for Milling, Control & management of Fleets (Cane Haulage Tractors, Recovery vehicles for efficient cane transport),


- Incharge of Workshop (Arranging spares, Recovery and repair of Vehicles in coordination with Transport & Spares Inventory Management).


- You should be Specialized in Sugarcane Agriculture with hands on experience in New land development and preparation, Nursery development, New planting, Crop husbandry, Ratoon management, Agronomy, Drip, furrow and pivot irrigations, farm mechanization, Agri workshop management, harvest and supply, Community developments, Cost control, Budget preparations, Drone survey, drainage systems, Estate and out grower management.
