Should have 18 - 25 years of exp in Procurement for residential, commercial and retail construction projects, from Real Estate companies. should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.

Job Profile :
- Development of new contractors
- Finalisation of contracts
- Prequalifying contractors
- Checking of adherence of ISO
- Standardizing of systems and procedures in contracts
- Settling claims of contractors
- Strategic sourcing, vendor development, long term tie-ups with vendors, negotiations for procurement of imported materials / capital equipment / assets / services etc.
