Job Title : Production Head

- We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head Of Production to join our team as the Head Of Production. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CNC Machines, Conventional Machines and a solid understanding of production processes from Aerospace Industry and Automobile industry.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

BE - Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, Diploma - Mechanical/Automobile.

- Above 13 years of minimum experience preferably hands on experience in set up, programming and maintenance of CNC Machines and good knowledge of Conventional Machine operations.

- Strong knowledge of production and Process analysis, including CNC machining and software programming.

- Expertise in set up and programming in CNC machines, including Five Axis and Four Axis, turning Centre, Vertical Machinery, horizontal, CNC Wire Cut, CNC Cylindrical, CNC Spark eddium,

- Proficiency in conventional machining center such as surface grinding and cylindrical grinding, Milling, Drilling etc.

- Excellent leadership and managerial skills

- Ability to mentor and develop production staff

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools 2D - #D Design Tools Like Auto CAD, Solid Works, Master CAM etc.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Oversee and manage the manufacturing operations of the company.

- Understand and interpret drawings, control plan, PFMEA, UPPAP and AS9100 related documents.

- Understand and interpret drawings in GD & T ( ASME 14.5-2018) and related industry standards in Aerospace Component Manufacturing.

- Project management skills including ability to define, prioritize and direct plan..

- New product development, Costing, Negotiation & responsible for new vendor selection.

- Improve Production rate by Innovative thinking and new process initiatives.

- Ability to understand technical drawings with accuracy.

- Process and Product development validation and confirmation of parts.

- Process design, Tools, Jigs and Fixture design and order.

- CNC Programming through CAM/CAD software.

- Identify production inefficiencies and suggest improvements to product and process.

- Supervise and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support

- Collaborate with other departments, such as Engineering and Quality Assurance, to ensure smooth production processes.

- Implement and maintain safety and quality standards in the production facility

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs

- Monitor and control production budget and expenses

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

- Stay updated with the latest manufacturing technologies and industry trends.
