Head - Production Engineering (16-25 yrs)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Production Engineering, Project Management, Process Planning, New Product Development, Vendor Management, Team Management CNC Machining and Quality Assurance .
- Adept in managing production engineering operations entailing project planning, resource utilization, procurement, manpower management and process streamlining to facilitate smooth production process & enhance productivity.
- Hand rich experience in CNC Machines selection and procurement, SPM's, Fixtures, Gauges, Tools Design and Development, Machining cell formation and proving
- Possess sound knowledge of APQP and PPAP.
- Strong negotiation & analytical skills, ability to network with project members, consultants, sub-contractors by consummate ease.
- Good communication, collaboration & team building skills with proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly & utilising the same in a productive manner.
- Die-casting Experience is mandatory.
