Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Production Head to oversee all aspects of production, ensuring projects are executed on time and with the highest quality. This role involves managing a team of skilled professionals, handling vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient project completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid background in production within interior design or turnkey contracting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 5-6 production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

2. Performance Management: Set clear performance goals, monitor team output, and provide feedback to ensure quality and efficiency.

3. Execution Management: Oversee the entire production process, from planning to execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet the studio's standards.

4. Project Assignment: Collaborate with project leaders to assign tasks to team members based on skills and project requirements, ensuring balanced workloads and effective resource utilization.

5. Vendor Empanelment: Identify and onboard qualified vendors to expand production capabilities and ensure materials meet quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Experience: 4 years in production or execution management within interior design or turnkey contracting.

- Leadership: Proven experience managing a team of at least 5-6 people, with a record of successful project delivery.

- Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking, planning, and reporting production metrics.

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, vendors, and project leaders.

- Ability to problem-solve under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
