Qualification : BE/ B.Tech Mechanical
Work Location Location : Mannuthy (Thrissur)
Experience : 5+ years in Plant Maintenance. Experience in Ready Mix Concrete plant is a plus
Salary: 35000 to 45000+ Food and Accommodation
Technical Skills : Basic manufacturing process knowledge, 5 S, Kaizen etc. Planning, job loading, supervision and process improvements at the production
- Daily men management, work allocation and getting the work done
- Ensure availability of Input Materials, Manpower
- Make sure the timely calibrations and maintance of Machinery and Vehicles
- Understanding the requirements for new projects in terms of Mechainary suitable for each sites
- Must know Local language(Malayalam)
Soft Skills :
- Planning, organizing & monitoring, Manpower Handling, Problem Solving, Effective reporting communication skill
