Head - Project Planning - Construction Firm (12-20 yrs)
Generate Project Baseline by scheduling planned works and costs budgeted.
- Generate Project Cash Flow Plan and Funding Schedule, Manpower and Contractor Deployment Schedule, Materials Delivery Schedule, Equipment Transfer and Hire Schedule, etc.
- Layout all assumed cost rates, resource productivities, required policies and processes for convergence of organized effort towards project budgeting, scheduling, execution, monitoring and review.
- Draw Resources schedules, Staff organogram & updating according to the project requirements.
- Build Resources schedule as per baseline program, construction methodology and logistics plans.
- Identify potential project risks & prepare risk mitigation plan
- Attending clients & consultants weekly meeting with supportive progress documents, agenda and keep update with respect to MOM issued by clients.
- Coordination with all centralized support functions/departments for timely and adequate availability of resources to project site management.
- Highlight the critical activities from time to time & coordinate with all the departments for smooth functioning of the project.
- Close monitoring of the contractors productivity and KPI to achieve the planned Progress.
- Ensure minimum - Project construction cost- by efficient civil design of the plant & optimising the specifications.
- Ensure safe, efficient & effective project management at site MIS/ SAP - Management
- Preparing Job Costing reports and Zero Cost reports monthly for internal MIS.
- Follow up with QS, Accounts, Stores and other departments for preparation and submission of Weekly / Daily / Monthly MIS reports.
- Implement & monitor team Workflow of company Dashboard portals, SAP etc.
- Creation/maintaining of Project structure in SAP PS module
- Update budgets and monitor release mechanism in SAP PS module
- Preparation of various reports and estimates as per requirement of Management.
- Create MIS monthly for construction activities and cost controlling.
