Head - Projects Commercial & Contracts - Civil Engineering (23-28 yrs)
One of the leading Civil contracting  company is looking out for  head commercial and Contract
ROLE PURPOSE : Responsible for Contracts administration and Commercial function for E&C division.
Key Accountabilities  & Responsibilities :
-  Monitoring Cost to complete for all the regional Projects.  
-  Responsible for monitoring the Project commercials (Revenue and Profitability) for all projects.
-  Responsible for Subcontract negotiation and finalisation.
-  Responsible for periodic reviews on the Commercials of the Projects and MIS to the management.
-  Client interaction on strategic and critical issues. 
-  Responsible for team management.
-  Advise regional team on contractual issues relation to the project.
-  Advise on pre tender enquiries if any.
-  Guide regional team on contractual conditions
-  To read review and manage Claims, Extra items, Deviated Items and Variations in the Supply chain if any from the Contract.
-  Experience in handling arbitration and dispute resolution.
-  Identification of risks and prepare the risk mitigation plan of pre and post contracts.
-  Knowledge on FIDIC conditions of Contracts.

Key Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Competencies: (i.e. those (including qualifications) :
-  B.Tech/ B.E Civil with 25 + years of work experience.
-  Expertise in understanding of the Project Commercials and Contracts.
-  Experience in Contracts and Commercial management function of buildings or Industrial establishments.
-  Knowledge of all statutes for Buildings and construction industry.
-  Excellent organisational skills with the ability to deliver to set deadlines
-  Strong interpersonal, report writing and statistical analysis skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
-  Proven ability in multitasking and prioritising workload.
-  Proven ability in judgement / decision making on a variety of issues within tight deadlines.
-  Team management skills
-  Proficient in MS Office applications
-  Ability to interact with all the stakeholders & advice on functional aspects.
Desirable :
-  Knowledge of FIDIC Contracts
-  Presentation skills
Essential :
-  Ability to work in team with Senior Project Managers.
-  Commercial negotiations.
-  Customer / Client relationship management
-  Vendor management.
-  Commercial acumen and understanding of Contracts.
-  Computer literate. 
Scope of Role
- Capable of managing a number of complex tasks simultaneously.
- Advising the Regional Management on Contracts and Commercial issues.
