Head - Projects - Green Field/Brown Field & Machinery Procurement - FMCG (10-20 yrs)
Candidates from FMCG with PMP certified will be added advantage.
Need to have exp in Green Field, Brown Field & Procurement of Machinery.
Responsible for Financial evaluation of any Project activities, Making (CIPR Capital Investment Proposal request), Project scheduling, Planning. Basic Engineering designs, Detailed Engineering, Process design and development, Mass & Energy balance and Layout designs for best process flow and food safety. Overall P and ID design for new plants as per the international standards.
- Sound knowledge of all verticals of Engineering mainly Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation.
- Responsible for assessing financial viability, evaluation, configurations of proposals with respect to capex, prepare recommendations and in time Cash Flow.
- Responsible for new brownfield and Greenfield plant erection, commissioning and validations.
- Responsible for incorporating Food safety and sanitary design in plant and processes erection.
- Responsible for the training the employees and supervisors on Food Safety, Personal Safety. Driving Business Excellence Policy.
- Responsible for Sourcing all the project related Vendor for equipment- s, turnkey package solution supplier, electrical and automation supplier etc . Coordinating with equipment or material supplier for optimum process design.
- Ensuring Food safety, hygiene and EHS is considered in the initial design.
