Head - Purchase (15-30 yrs)
Position : Head Purchase
Location : Tamil Nadu
Experience: 15 to 25 yrs
Preference: SAP MM knowledge is a must
Any PG in MM a preference
QUALIFICATION(Must) : B. E (Electrical / Mechanical ) or Diploma (Electrical / Mechanical )
Language : English and Hindi
Responsibilities:
- Should have dealt with imports related to above components and must have the knowledge of related suppliers.
- Should be aware of the incentives/import export tariffs, duties, concessions related to above.
- Should be a leader to lead a team of engineers and should be self-driven.
- Should be aware of the costing, vendor development and other related activities related to purchase department.
- Should be well versed with the quality requirements from a vendor for an engineering product.
- Should be of high integrity and result oriented to develop and deliver components in a short span of time
- Should be cost conscious and also must have adequate knowledge on inventory management and should have good negotiation skills.
- Should have experience on import substitution.
