Job Description :
- To Design and implement purchase systems and procedures.
- To Design and develop systems to track and rectify variations/ deviations from planned course of action.
- To determine procurement strategy for all units to control quality, quantity and price issues during procurement.
- Development of criteria to select vendors.
- Ensuring the Optimum Inventory level for all Packaging materials.
- To ensure 100% supply compliance of Packing Material as well as Traded Products at all times.
- To define pricing policy based on market size, market presence and nature of material being sourced.
- To negotiate contracts with large scale suppliers to gain appropriate savings and service levels.
- Prepare Market analysis report to identify and analyze the factors influencing markets.
- To regularly keep updating himself with the latest market trends, technological changes and other external factors that determine procurement and planning strategies.
- Ensure that all laws, rules and regulations are met while procuring Packaging material & Traded Products.
