Role and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for overseeing the Quality and Accreditation projects- Healthcare (Pan India).

- Monitoring the projects.

- Regular follow up with the clients.

- Ensure accomplishment of the tasks as per the planned timelines.

- Business Development.

- Capacity building of the Team

- Reporting to Executive Director

Minimum Job Qualifications :

Education : MBBS, MHA/PG Diploma in Hospital and Health management

Experience : Minimum 5 to 10 years of domain experience (Healthcare Quality and Accreditation of Healthcare Facilities).

Skills & Abilities :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to establish and successfully achieve goals.

- Strong and effective interpersonal relationship skills.

- Analytical problem solving/decision making and judgment skills.

Executive Style :

- Ability to successfully interact with multiple stakeholders including; physicians, nursing managers and staff, executive team, administrators, finance and operations managers.

- Self-starter able to operate independently without frequent advise or direction.

Salary : Rs 9 Lacs to Rs 12 Lacs
