Head - Quality Assurance (5-7 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program that meets the needs of the organization and aligns with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Ensure that all quality assurance programs are consistent with the company's policies, procedures, and standards. Identify quality assurance needs and assess effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and other evaluation methods.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that quality assurance programs are accurate and relevant to the target audience.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures, guidelines, and best practices.
- Monitor quality assurance progress and ensure that all required quality assurance activities are completed on time and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance records, including quality assurance reports, metrics, and data.
- Conduct periodic audits of quality assurance activities to identify areas for improvement and potential non-compliance issues.
- Develop corrective and preventive action plans to address non-compliance issues and follow-up to ensure that corrective actions are implemented and effective.
- Analyze quality assurance data and prepare reports that summarize quality assurance progress, effectiveness, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, trends, and best practices related to quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, or Business Administration).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, tools, and techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Willingness to travel as needed to conduct quality assurance activities at various locations.
