Head - Quality Assurance - Auxiliary Equipments & Automation System (12-17 yrs)
This position exists with one of our esteemed clients. It is tied up with the World renowned machinery manufacturer for most sophisticated Auxiliary Equipments & Automation System for Plastics Industry
Quality Assurance :
- Achieving 100 % ok material inward for production by managing team and making sure that smooth production with out component quality issue.
- Handling team of QC/QA engineers,
- Experience of implementing 6 Sigma, 5 S and other quality tools to achieve First time right in component inspection at vendor and in house component inspection and final testing of machine.
- Experience of ISO MR and CA/PA complementation and monitoring to continuously improve product quality.
- Supporting Design & purchase for cost reduction and quality improvement.
- helping Purchase for vendor evaluation and working on quality rating of vendors.
- Leadership :
- Develop systems, Implement processes among team of engineers/Supervisors and inspired team to perform.
- High ambitious, once fulfill current responsibility, should be ready to take next level assignment.
- Work with the operation head to achieve set goals.

Qualification :- Diploma /B.E. Mechanical - study in QMS
