Head - Quality Assurance - CPC - Fertilizer (15-20 yrs)
A leading fertilizer company having business segments of Fertilizers, Specialty Nutrients, Crop Protection and Retail is looking for :
Designation - Head - Quality Assurance (CPC)
Qualification- M.Sc. or Doctorate
Experience - 15 - 20 yrs of relevant exp
Location - Sarigam (Valsad), Gujarat
MANDATE :
Should have at least 5 years- experience in QA in a reputed organization. Exposure to ISO standards preferred.
Job Responsibilities :
- Quality assurance of all raw material, finished goods, in-process samples, packing materials, etc. at Sarigam and its tolling sites
- Put systems in place for QA processes, identify deviations, suggest improvements, implement corrective & preventive actions, etc.
- Handle all types of customer complaints, related to manufacturing activity, as single point of contact
- Customer contact person, from manufacturing side, for understanding their requirements, conducting awareness programs, etc.
- Mgmt Rep. for ISO/IMS systems
- Conduct audits at sites, suppliers, tollers, buyers, etc. and suggest improvements
- Support to registration process
