Head - Quality Control (3-5 yrs)

Background:

The manufacturing unit is located in Ambernath MIDC (Kalyan District) and has been around for 40 years. One of the most reputed chemical companies in Mumbai and has been supplying to various giants in India like Merck, Cipla, Reliance, Ranbaxy, Hindustan Lever & also internationally across Asia, Africa, South America.

Incumbent will be responsible for :

- Supervise all LAB analysis activities to ensure precision & accuracy of test results and maintain inspection, GMP records of analysis.

- Check the authenticity of the results and proper working of instruments & LAB wares.

- Manage AMCs (annual maintenance contract) for all related LAB wares applicable as per site requirement.

- Ensure calibration, inspection of measuring & test equipment used for quality control.

- Maintain records for disposal of control samples and ensure the execution of waste disposal as per SOP.

- Stability Study of control samples to check the stability of the product.
