Head - Quality Control - FMCG - India (15-20 yrs)
Our client, one of the leading MNC FMCG players in the non-food segment, wishes to hire the Head of Quality for India.
The incumbent would be leading overall quality systems and processes closely with the Manufacturing operations, R&D and Procurement setting new benchmarks related to quality systems and processes from time to time.
The incumbent shall be responsible for :
- High quality standards of finished product .
- Improvement in QMS/EMS/GMP
- Minimizing product & process deviation
- Minimizing customer complaints
- Improvement in Monthly QA Capability and Quality Rating indices
- Adherence to quality processes & systems
Desired candidate should be a BE/Btech or MSc Chemistry /Microbiology with 14-20 years of post qualification experience.
Must have handled leadership roles for substantial period.
- Should be conversant with testing protocols & instruments used for testing of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Finished Goods.
- Should be self motivated and set high performance targets for the team .
- Must have experience capability development
- Must have exposure to working with cross functional teams
- High on Customer centricity
