Head - Quality + MR - Manufacturing Firm (15-20 yrs)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Quality Management (reactive & proactive actions, approvals & other actions as needed) in all operational areas - customer / field, in-process & supplier
- Integrated Management System (IMS) Management: definition, adequacy & continuous improvement of business processes; track efficiency & effectiveness measures; documentation & record keeping; internal & external audits management; certifications; conduct of Management Review Meetings
- Team Leadership: meet team deliverables; continuous improvement of team performance, processes & people/ skills; resource management; manage interactions within & outside the company; reports & reviews
Key Deliverables:
- Quality Performance - external & internal
- Quality Team Deliverables & Processes Efficiency & Effectiveness
- IMS Calendar management & adherence; External Certifications & Audit performance; Non-conformance management
- Continuous Improvement of business processes thru IMS
Desirable experience:
- Quality Management experience (leading of Quality function in manufacturing)
- 15 to 20 years experience. Of which min 3 years as MR. Also, should have functioned as head of Quality function in manufacturing sector
