- At least 20 years of total work experience in Telecom / I.T industry
- At least last 10 years in end to end experience in Quality department in the Telecom Industry
- People Management, Analyzing Information, Reporting Research Results
- Technical Understanding, Promoting Process improvement, Developing Standards
- Managing Processes, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures
- Adept in dealing with Complexity, Problem Solving, Process Improvement
- Good in communication
- Established working knowledge of standard quality procedures w.r.t the telecom industry
- Uptodate knowledge of certifications and quality processes
- Team Player
- Self starter
- Below 47 years of age
