KRA & responsibilities:

Position reports to the Founder.

Will have a team of 3 to 4 people.

Lead the development and implementation of the R&D strategy and plans to support the business.

Work portfolio includes the complete technical monitoring activities from Conceptualization, Formulation & Development, prioritization of R&D initiatives, Stability studies, Claim designing and substantiation, costing and budgeting, cost optimization Reformulation, help marketing in script writing, handling consumer complaints, Product-Package compatibility, Product launch.

Monitoring the process of regulatory submissions and ensuring registration approvals are granted without any undue delay.

Create and maintain good working relationships within the Nutritional Business (centrally and locally), CEO of the firm, Operations department, Sales & Marketing function, Manufacturing department to be able to provide successful support.

Co-create NPD (New Product Development) plan in coordination with sales, marketing & production teams and formulate new product road map.

Build an extensive knowledge and understanding of global and market specific nutritional products, competitor products and associated products like supplements and technologies.

Extending the existing brands to various geographical locations with claims support.
