- Development and further improvement of new and existing Blown film and calendered and cast vinyl film.
- Expertise in Research and development, as well as testing in the field of Engineering plastics blending and compounding and cost reduction.
- Responsible for the formulation development and experience in manufacturing process.
- Technology transfer and patent filling applications.
- Packaging polymers materials and processes, ranging from film technologies (and laminations), Surface protection film, and other vide range of Adhesive Films.
- To carry out experiments in the Lab, compile results/ data.
- Should have Experience in conducting pilot scale and commercialization trials.
- To Support the Marketing team by recommending products in terms of chemistry and also developing new applications from the existing product portfolio available Support sales team.
- The ideal candidate should be a Doctorate in Chemistry, with Sound knowledge & experience of Polymer & formulation chemistry, surface chemistry and physical chemistry aspects that governs the stability of formulations. He should have hands on experience of developing conventional and contemporary formulations related to Packaging industry.
