The Role :
Head of R&D & Product Engineering - based out of corporate office in South India.
- Part of the senior management team, providing leadership to the R&D, Product Engineering and Product Development space.
- Driving product / technical innovations to enable achievement of Business vision.
- Lead a team of R&D innovators to gain product / solution leadership
Specifications :
- Electronics Engineer - preferably PG or Doctorate preferred.
- 12 to 25 years of relevant leadership experience in R&D, Product Engineering, Product Development, Innovation space in Auto / Auto ancillary industry.
- Experience in Mechatronics, Driver Comfort Systems is an excellent plus.
- Program Management expertise with ability to drive organisational level initiatives with multi cultural and multi country teams
