Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary role of this individual is to manage all aspects of New Product Development & process optimisation.
He will be responsible for guiding R&D team, closely working with production, QC & marketing team for the new identified/priority projects.
This position requires an exceptional leader with superior organizational and communication skills acting as the primary interface between R&D and all internal and external stakeholders.
The individual will supervise all programs in R&D department while maintaining organizational priority.
Provide overall management and leadership to R&D department and prepare strategy, budgets, and ensuring complete integration of business and R&D plans and activities.
