- Product bench marking.
Packing Material Development:
- Thorough understanding of packing material
- Package design and development
- Packing material Selection and Sourcing
Raw Material Development:
- Raw material selection
- Preparation of specifications of raw material
Manufacturing:
- Thorough knowledge of Plant and Machineries.
- Product planning and execution
- Trouble shooting
- Cost reduction through value engineering.
Team Management:
- Identifying and building strategies to promote team work.
- Developing a work environment for creative thinking.
- Creating and developing a positive working environment.
